About LGBT Jobs

We are an independant non-profit, social-enterprise community-led body that offers several services and guidance to the public, employers, staff, trade unions, employee forums, equality groups, managers, the public sector, voluntary, third and private sector with the aim of increasing diversity in the workplace and increasing opportunities for marginalised groups. 

LGBT Jobs acts as a fully comprehensive and impartial queer recruitment guide offering news, events, opportunities, listings, views and opinions and signposts to other groups and organisations offering support and information on anything employment related.

Recruiting or Job Hunting? Be sure to get all the facts on employment issues, getting the right job or the right person for the job and be sure to at least grab yourself a free listing in the main LGBT Jobs Directory.

Employers will find us an invaluable source of advice and information and an outreach point for their stakeholders, staff and future staff. As well as a producing publications and providing free guidance we also send out a monthly newsletter and email newsletter to any individual or group that registers with us.
